Here in Boston, we are getting clobbered continuously with huge snowfalls. The first blizzard was kind of exciting. Then a week later, we got another one. We just had our third one in as many weeks. Everyone here is getting pretty tired of it. We are DEFINITELY getting tired of shoveling! The other night I went out to try and keep a small path cleared from the front door to the street. I looked back at the house, and there was Wilbur in the window watching me. I felt so cheered up, seeing his little tuxie self, keeping me company as I grunted and shoveled. |
We really feel for you Bostonians!
ReplyDeleteYou certainly ARE getting clobbered by all that snow. Be safe while shoveling, and know that we are thinking of you.
ReplyDeleteGood job watching over Mom like that, Wilbur!
You need to train Wilbur to help out!
ReplyDeleteStay safe and warm--we heard there's another one on the way?
You guys are really getting hammered! I bet Wilbur is thinking about how glad he is to be a cat!
ReplyDeleteSuch a great picture!! We did mol though, but feel for your predicament!!! Hope it goes soon xox
ReplyDeleteOur cat friends have this helping thing down to a science.
ReplyDelete(Feeling your pain here in Western Mass.)
Since we went through the same thing last year, I certainly feel your pain! We piled so much snow on either side of our driveway, that the neighbor's used the pile on their side as a sled hill for their little daughter! Hilarious, and yet scary because my arms couldn't lift the snow-filled shovel any higher. Good for Wilbur, cheering on your Momma like that!
ReplyDeleteWe sure wish old man winter would be nice to you.
ReplyDeletePlease be careful Ann and don't overdue or hurt yourself. We feel so badly for everyone who is buried under snow. Though we have had a cold winter, we are very fortunate to have had very little snow. Stay warm and safe. XOCK, Lily Olivia, Mauricio, Misty May, Giulietta, Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth and Calista Jo
ReplyDeleteOMC I didn't realize you live in Boston! You poor thing!! I heard you possibly have yet another blizzard coming. I feel so bad for you guys. Your drawing is purrfect. Isn't there a neighbor child you could pay to do the shoveling for you? Please be careful! (((hugs))))
ReplyDeleteHOLY CAT! We have a friend who lives there and she was regaling us with tales of ... DIGGING. and MORE digging.
ReplyDeleteWe feel for you!
And we heard there is even MORE snow!!!
ReplyDeleteGo, Mom, GO!!!
... or rather, Go, Snow, GO!
; )
always nice to have a snooperviser watching you slave away! Somehow a kitty's presence makes the worst chore seem better.
ReplyDeleteSpring will be coming! hang in there!
You have gotten MORE than your fair share of winter this year. I think it's about time the cats learned to shovel!!
