| The kittehs have a favorite toy. I call him Stumpy. He is basically a mouse/rat toy with a fat stumpy tail. They find him extremely exciting, and have ripped out the rattle that was inside his belly. He is now just a pile of scraggly unravelled fluff with a stumpy tail, but they still think he's the bee's knees. |

DeleteIsn't it funny how kittehs love certain toys much, much more than others? Moosey has a favorite fleecy mouse. The stuffing is long gone, and we've sewn it together more than once. But he loves it like a child cherishes a well-loved but raggedy teddy bear. :)

ReplyDeleteThere is no accounting for what a kitty will love and mutilate. You can get the most expensive toy in the world and the cat plays with a piece of string for hours!!

each of my cats have their own favorite toys. Like a kid carrying around a tattered blanket, it's irreplaceable! I once had a stuffed animal I wore out as a child. My mom knew it meant the world to me, so she gave it a skin transplant. It didn't look the same but I still loved it!
ReplyDeleteMy little guy had a favorite game, I would look at him and he would look at me from the base of the stairs. Then he would rocket up the stairs and hide. If you play hide and seek do not choose to hide behind the same rocking chair every time, I figured him out.
